Owners, we heard you: booking your next vacation is a top priority. Although you cannot search availability and confirm your booking in the app today, you’ll now find a new path within the app to get you to the owner website, without having to log in again. So you can find and book your next vacation more easily from your mobile device.
If you tried to create a guest account with the earlier two versions, you may have been sent down a rabbit hole. Sorry about that. We fixed this issue to get you back on track to complete your registration and log in to the app.
Owners, now you can view featured-for-you Insider articles right from the app. Log in to the app with your online Owner credentials to stay connected to on-the-go vacation news and Ownership updates.
This update also includes some minor enhancements to your user experience, which we’re always looking to improve based on your feedback.

Now we’re talking (er, texting). In addition to some 40 User Interface fixes, this major update lets you use the app to message the Front Desk during your stay. We want to help you create your best vacation experience—all with convenient service. So starting the day of your arrival, at participating properties (currently about half, with more being added over time), you can now use the app to message your special requests or other questions to a resort associate. An app that can get you more towels and coffee? This could be the beginning of a beautiful relationship.

• We heard from some Owners that they were experiencing delays while trying to access their Owner details. We’ve made changes so you can now unpack your Owner data faster. Just in case you run into any delays in the future, we also added an option to REFRESH the screen. Hopefully this solves it, and you can get you back in the vacation mood. Speaking of, your happy place called and asked us to tell you it misses you, too.
