About Marsad Baladia - مرصد بلدية

انطلق مشروع "مرصد بلدية" في جانفي 2014 بهدف رصد نشاط البلديات من خلال النفاذ إلى المعلومة وتقديمها بطريقة واضحة ومحيّنة. يهدف المشروع أيضاً إلى تقريب المسافة بين البلدية والمواطن، سواء من خلال فهم الواقع المحلّي أو من خلال المساهمة في أخذ القرار. وذلك عن طريق تشجيع المشاركة الفعّالة، والمراقبة والمحاسبة المبنيّة على حقّ المواطن في النفاذ للمعلومة

Le projet “Marsad Baladia” a été lancé en Janvier 2014 dans le but d’observer l’activité des municipalités par le biais de l’accès à l’information et sa communication d’une manière claire et mise à jour. Le projet a aussi pour but de raccourcir la distance entre la municipalité et le citoyen, que ce soit dans la compréhension de la réalité locale ou dans la participation à la prise de décision, en encourageant la participation active ainsi que le contrôle et la redevabilité fondée sur les réalités.
