Mateline X

Mateline X is the mobile terminal of Huawei's OWS products. It is oriented to the field of network assurance and operation and maintenance services, providing engineers with a one-stop intelligent operation and maintenance assistant.

Mateline X provides the following features:
1. Receive and resolve tickets
Provides a task module to receive work orders from the OWS server, including mobile and fixed network site repairs, site inspections, planned tasks, and home customer service orders.

2. Social collaboration, real-time reporting of task completion
Maintenance engineers process tasks in a timely manner according to the task progress, communicate with dispatchers online in real time, and quickly establish group chats with work order-related personnel. At the same time, the terminal synchronizes the task status, processing time and other information to the server.

3. Information Aggregation
Supports information query such as work order SLA status, site location query, and historical work orders on the same site. You can find the exact location of the site where the task is located by viewing the map, and navigate to the destination.

4. Provide rich tool plug-ins.
Provide users with a wealth of tool plug-ins such as attendance clocking, speed measurement software, SOP, performance ranking, etc.
