Just Sleep es un sistema de medición del sueño basado en la app y una pulsera inteligente. Ya no necesitas dejar el smartphone cerca de ti para medir el sueño, como en otras apps. Mediante Just Sleep, la pulsera inteligente se sincroniza con tu móvil y mide en tiempo real la calidad de tu sueño. Al despertar, sólo tienes que detener la monitorización y podrás ver cómo has dormido.

¿En qué consiste la monitorización del sueño?

Consiste en medir los ciclos del sueño basándose en el movimiento de la persona al dormir mientras utiliza la pulsera.
