New "emergency, my boss arrives" mode : simply flip your iPhone down (screen on your desk) to stop playing. Flip it up again to resume playback

FIXED :
- iAd banner is initially hidden
- Fix a bug that causes to display incorrect "Next Show" time in some timezones
- Fix a bug that caused the cover reflection to appear before the cover in some circumstances
- Fix a bug that allowed to report "Buffering" as missing cover

- change the way the Show name is presented (send email, next show etc ...)
- volume control now appears on request at the bottom of the screen
- Display show times in local time rather than Maxi80 (Paris) time
- fix a bug that cause the cover to be shifted up when changing orientation
- Fix a couple of rare occurrence bugs that cause the application to crash
- Fix a bug causing the iAd banner to abruptly disappear / appear when there is an iAd error
- Fix a bug that cause the scrolling song title to appear in the middle of the screen
