Wie medische zorg krijgt, wil goed en foutloos geholpen worden. Met MedDossier kunt u er zelf voor zorgen dat u altijd de juiste medische informatie paraat heeft.

MedDossier is een handige tool om uw eigen medisch dossier bij te houden. U kunt er uw donorgegevens, medicijngebruik en belangrijke telefoonnummers in opslaan. Maar u kunt ook uw medische bijzonderheden beschrijven, bijvoorbeeld waar u allergisch voor bent, of u een chronische aandoening hebt en welke bloedgroep.

MedDossier kan van belang zijn wanneer u bijvoorbeeld een ongeluk krijg en plotseling in het ziekenhuis belandt. Uw medische informatie heeft u dan gelijk bij de hand. Deze gegevens kunnen antwoord geven op belangrijke vragen van de specialist.
