Mentor℠ Warranty by Munich Re is an app for Munich Reinsurance America, Inc. customers and affiliates that helps drivers manage their behaviors, change their habits and drive safely. A personal driving coach, it engages the driver with insights, encouragement and fosters healthy competition between peers.
The app draws on eDriving’s 20 years of experience training millions of drivers around the world. eDriving’s methodologies and approach to driver engagement have been proven (and validated!) to reduce collisions by helping drivers be in better control behind the wheel. Mentor℠ Warranty by Munich Re is our latest and most powerful approach in addressing the 94% problem: 94% of collisions are caused by driver behavior and attitude.
With Mentor℠ Warranty by Munich Re you can:

- Welcome to FICO® Safe Driving Score v2.0, which identifies with even greater predictive accuracy “high risk” drivers who are more likely to be involved in a future crash.
- Now, after each trip, drivers receive their improved, validated FICO® Safe Driving Score, engaging coaching, and NEW instant feedback with score insights and improvement tips.
- When safely parked, you will now have an option to manually end your trip. This will ensure you don’t get dinged unfairly for using phone while safely parked.
- New Trends page: The Trip Rating graph now shows ratings for the last 10 trips. Tap a point on graph to see date/time for trip. Tap again to go to Trip Details page. The Event Count graph now shows event counts for the last 10 trips. Tap a point on graph to see more details of events for trip. Use dropdown to see All events or only specific categories of events.

Mentor's new Trends page shows you the last seven days of your driving behavior in a graph with key driving behavior metrics. Track your progress to your FICO® Safe Driving Score goal and get color-coded feedback on each driving behavior on one screen. This update makes it simple for you to:
· See behaviors you've improved and areas that may need attention
· Track your progress in any of the five driving behavior categories
· Zero in on individual category trends like speeding

This release includes new “Circles” features designed to promote friendly competition and engagement among co-workers, friends and family members joined together in designated groups. Circle members can now cheer, tease, and acknowledge each other’s progress or regression using “Clap”, “Tease” and “Poke” actions. The new Circles Activity tab will display actions shared with a user over the past 7 days. Users can personalize their Circles by uploading a profile picture in the More section.
