Now you have five days routines.
Improve weight progression (with share possibility), series counter. Swipe single row from right to left and tap Weight, to add new weight tap on add New button. if you have not previously changed the weight used, the app will not allow you to enter a new one in the progression history.
Do not remember which series you are in? Now you have a simple counter for that, swipe single row from left to right and tap counter. The app automatically set for you the number of series based on your previous entry.
You can set a notification for end of routine mesocycle.
Tap on circle shape below the weight label, to find out how much time has passed since the last weight entered.
Tap on single row to edit, share or permanent delete it.
