About Mile a Day
Mile a Day has been designed to be used to target additional daily exercise for all children around the world.
With the ability to track and monitor the distances covered, children can see the impact they are having on their own health as well as working towards individual targets and achievements.
Add distances to groups or individuals. Either use the Tracker to log your current exercise as you do it or use the distance and lap calculator to calculate the distance you will need to cover to achieve your daily mile.
Every child should have the right to be healthy and happy and with a rise in childhood obesity, the Mile a Day app is designed to motivate and encourage children to get moving.
