Established in 2011 with the help of two top London based burger chefs, MINCE set out to design a high standard tasty burger combining the taste and quality of the high-end restaurant burger, with the casualness and convenience of the fast food experience.

Every aspect of our burger has been meticulously considered. Our burgers are made using imported Angus beef that has been aged and freshly minced before being shaped by hand each morning. Our meat is never, ever, frozen and we cook it medium for added taste and tenderness.
