When a user signs up for a Mindgrasp account, they are given a 7-day free trial. After that, they will be charged by either a monthly or yearly basis depending on which plan they choose. The following are the subscription options:

- Basic (available on a monthly or annual basis): Allows you to post documents and images in order to create notes and/or ask questions you would like an answer to.

- Scholar (available on a monthly or annual basis): Allows you to get video and audio transcriptions using YouTube links, MP3, and MP4s on our website. This subscription also allows the user to use everything in the basic package.
