This app empowers the user with visibility in to disperse systems. A power-full elk engine mines all the data coming from many different systems extracts issue records and shows them in a simple user-friendly dashboard. This provides visibility to all your systems.

When users click an issue listed under a system or a software product, the app matches and shows the list of support technicians who has access to these systems and who can fix the issue, so the user can quickly call or email the support person to take care of the issue. It's not possible to provide access to one person to all the systems, so we provide access to those who have access to every system.

Every product a company uses are listed under knowledge base section. All product documents, web links and internal documents are listed under each of those products. This provides the app user with required knowledge to quickly learn and make an educated decision.
