About MMA Safety
MMA Safety was designed to ensure that any industry has a way to generate specific safety observations from your mobile device and provide analytics to ensure that they are being completed. And, it works offline from any location!
MMA Safety comes with over 10,000 questions from over 275 categories so every company can configure their mobile device to only show the questions specific to their project. Questions are devised from the leading research universities and government agencies to ensure that your workers are trained on safety best practices every day.
MMA Safety allows unlimited pictures to be attached to each specific question. It also provides a way to capture notes using voice dictation from the mobile device. For each issue a severity can be chosen to help prioritize issues in one location. Issues can be assigned to internal and external employees for full accountability.
Specific parties can be tagged within each safety issue to spot trends and develop custom reports. There is also a reference field on each inspection item which allows this field to tie into existing corporate data systems. Also, digital signatures can be captured from any mobile device.
MMA Safety also has a mobile form creator that allows you to digitize and eliminate all paper based forms that exists within your company. There are also mobile form templates (daily reports, equipment reports, accident reports) that can be modified to fit each company’s requirements.

New Party Observed Feature
Mobile app users are now able to add multiple Parties Observed to their Observation questions. A new pull down list is also available of pre-populated Parties from the company administrator to help normalize the Party Observed entires. Ad-hoc entries are also still available and stored for later use.

UI Improvements
The File Cabinet has a new folder select screen available to users. We hope this improves the user experience when using the file cabinet by easily searching and selecting from the list of folders.
Users also will now see who assigned them an issue on the Assigned Issues screen. Each assigned issue card includes a new 'Assigned By' field. Also when viewing and submitting information on the issue, a new Assigned By field also appears under the Assigned section of the issue.
We have also improved screen headers for each module within the app.

Users now have the option to receive push notifications for assigned issues. The push notifications will notify the user when they are assigned an issue, when information has been submitted, if they have been unassigned or if an issue has been closed. Our goal is to bring more visibility into open issues and improve communication between team members.
Swipe Left - Follow Up Required
Users are now able to quickly swipe left on Observation questions to quickly flag an issue as Follow Up Required. Similar to the swipe right to answer Yes, we hope to improve the observation workflow for all employees.

MMA Safety is now compatible with third party mail apps! Observations, Reports and Toolbox Talks may now be shared using any email application on the users device.
You may now easily reassign issues to all assignees by simply tapping the Pending Approval button.

QR Code Scanner
A new QR Code icon is now available in the upper right corner of every app screen. The new icon will replace the previous support icon and Support may still be found within the main menu of the application. The QR Scanner allows users to scan QR Codes generated by their admin, linking them to a specific mobile form and project. If users are not assigned to the project a QR Code references, the user will be directed to an external website to fill out the form using their default browser.

General Observation Notes:
Mobile app users will notice a new button at the start of each observation to add a General Observation Note. The General Observation Note allows clients to add a general note about the entire observation. The general notes will appear at the top of the final observation view on the web. When multiple observations are combined into a batch report, the general notes will all be listed at the top of the batch report.
Report Title Change:
Mobile app users will no longer be required to enter a report title in order to save their mobile form. If the report title is left blank, a new default title will be inputted into the report reading the form name and date created (ie: Form_Name - Date_Created). This name will be visible on the mobile app edit form list. The default report title can be overwritten any time by the original author, supervisor or administrator.
