你的健康教練因為某些原因被困了，來拯救他吧！拯救方法是要你每天堅持一個健康好習慣，連續七天之後，就會知道是否能救出你的健康教練了。

在玩樂之餘，【水果星期一】(Monday Fruits) 每天都有精選健康資訊提供，令你學上點營養學知識。而健康教練也不是閒著的，你可以進入「聊天室」跟他聊一下，看看他可以為你提供什麼額外的健康資訊吧！

Starting with a game to save your health coach and build up your health behaviour.

Your health coach is locked due to some reason and he needs your help to be released。How to do? You needs to keep a healthy habit for consecutively 7 days. Then you will know whether the rescue is successful or not.

Other than just the game & mission, there are daily health tips within the app (Monday Fruits) for you. If you need further advice from health coach, you can also enter the ChatRoom to have a chitchat with him anytime.
