About Morecambe Freedom to Speak Up
UHMB Trust welcomes concerns that are raised by members of staff, volunteers, governors or students.
This app allows you to raise a concern confidentially and our Freedom to speak up Guardian, Heather Bruce, will look into the matter and follow it up. The Trust wants everyone who works within the Trust to be confident that if they raise a concern about a potential past, present or future wrongdoing then you will be listened to.
You can raise the concern anonymously but it is harder to address in that instance and we would like everyone to feel supported to speak up – if you wish to speak out in confidence then that will be respected unless we are required by law to release your name.
Do not worry if you think that you may be wrong about something – as long as a concern is raised in good faith then we would like to hear from you
