Moreno Valley Ranch, a 3,700 home master planned community located nestled into the hills of Moreno Valley, is centered around a 35-acre lake, large community pool, fitness center, large resident only recreation center, and both private and public parks within the community.

In addition to a seven member Board of Directors, the community is assisted by a variety of active committees. The Board and the Committees are comprised of elected and appointed homeowner volunteers, assisted by Avalon Management, a local professional management company.
