We heard you -- our beloved users -- loud and clear! You really didn't like that our last update didn't allow you to run calculations with $0 in the down payment field. Now that we've re-enabled it, our calculator app allows you to estimate your numbers for your unique mortgage scenario. But remember, unless you’re getting a VA loan, you must put down at least 3.5% of the purchase price to buy a home. Go forth and CALCULATE!
