About motivactif study

Motivactif est une application mobile permettant de suivre l’activité physique du quotidien. L’objectif est d’aider le malade chronique à être plus actif en augmentant progressivement le nombre de pas effectués chaque jour. Un podomètre connecté est associé à cette application et permet de comptabiliser le nombre de pas réalisés. Le patient synchronise quotidiennement son podomètre et ainsi enregistre son nombre de pas réalisés sur la journée. Il peut suivre son activité au jour le jour et observer son évolution sur la semaine, le mois, ou l’année écoulée. Grâce à l’application, le patient visualise clairement et simplement son activité du quotidien et est informé de l’atteinte ou non de son objectif.
