This app releases includes many enhancements for lobby checks, including adding quantities and better photo uploads. Also, some bug fixes and general improvements.

Added the ability to indicate that a feature is not playing. Pay will not be issued for these situations but it alerts us why you won’t be completing your check. Added the ability to upload photos from your gallery. Added a quantity field for lobby checks. And other bug fixes and upgrades.

This release will now include recommended screen numbers, capacities and formats for your trailer checks. This is taken from data we collect from websites throughout the week. Please always refresh your app before starting to get the most up to date information.

Made some wording and bug fixes to the demographic screens for trailer checks and NCM.

In this latest release, we will now be asking for a feature rating at the end of trailer checks based on what you overhear and observe during your checks.

1. Age group percentages will now be collected for trailer checks and NCM.
2. We also are now collecting red/green band information for all trailer checks. You’ll see this in each trailer popup as you add them.
3. You will also now be able to trailers from the review screens for trailer checks & NCM.
4. Specialty spot question will now be automatically selected and locked when auto matching.
5. We also will now be using project number ID’s to more easily identify each project. You will see this on your project pages in the app.

We have revamped our test assignment. New and old users alike can assign themselves through the ICAP. In addition, there are some various bug fixes to make things run better.

Several new improvements to help you complete your Open Checks in the app. It also works in tandem with our online screens so you can review your results and submit from home if you are unable to from the theatre. This release features a new notification system. 24 hours prior to trailer, open and lobby checks, you will receive a notification asking to confirm you are still planning to complete the assignment. Answering this honestly, will help cut down on unnecessary calls and emails. There are also some bug fixes and pop ups to help you navigate the app better.

Sound matching is back for iOS! We also now can account for manager refusals on all lines of service, as well as no audience during trailer checks. There are also some required bug fixes.

This latest release features a new button to use when no trailers are played on screen. Instead of entering nothing or comments, use this button and we will be able to report this back to our clients.

This update is one of our biggest yet! These are all updates that should make your theatre checks easier and more accurate.

1. A partner feature for trailer and ad checks. This pop up will ask if you are using any partners to help you complete that feature at that theatre. If so, it will create a new assignment in your app for them to use. This way everyone working can use the auto match features.
2. New data points being collected for trailer checks on both for individual trailers and for the audience as a whole. For individual trailers, we will now be collecting how full the auditorium is for each trailer, as well as the audience reaction for each and if it is a specialty spot. For the audience, you will now be entering demographic information AFTER all the trailers are selected. We are collecting new demographic information too, including ethnicities and types of groups.
3. We can now confirm your check in location. When checking in for any project, if you are away from the theatre, a pop up will appear asking you to confirm that you would like to check in. You will still be able to check in from home if necessary.
4. Improved digital display reporting for lobby checks. This now asks if a digital display is advertising multiple features or one. If a multiple feature material is reported, 10 second videos will now be required to catch all features, as well as the ability to input all feature names.
5. Notifications can now be viewed in the app! Notification badges will also be displayed so be sure to turn your notifications on for this app.
