How to login to Mozaic GO
Use your Mozaic TV Subscriber Number to login to Mozaic GO. You can find this number on your main Mozaic TV service by following these steps. Press Set on your remote control, select System Information, and then select STB Information. The subscriber number is the thirteen digits shown on the top. Alternatively you can call Ooredoo help line, 111 to find out your Mozaic TV subscription number.
•You need to subscribe to Next Generation Mozaic TV service to be able to access Mozaic GO app.
•Mozaic GO can be used on maximum of 3 devices. However you can only log at one device at a time.
•Browsing and streaming content from Mozaic GO will not consume your Ooredoo Mobile Internet Pack’s allowance. Check your Mobile Internet Pack for more details.
•Login is based on Master (Admin) profile only
•You can set up your favorite only to Master profile
•Mozaic Go is not compatible with the following devices: 1st/2nd/3rd generation iPod touch, iPhone 2G and iPhone 3G.
•Mozaic GO works best with devices running iOS7.
•Mozaic GO shows ‘You have reached the maximum number of connected devices”
oLog out from the device that is currently connected to Mozaic GO. To do this, double click the home button, scroll to Mozaic GO, then swipe up Mozaic GO. This will terminates the session immediately. Go to your other device and enter your Next Generation Mozaic TV account number.
•I can not login
oYou need the Next Generation Mozaic TV account number to log in. This number can be found by navigating the Account screen on your TV menu or Ooredoo Help Line, 111.
•Mozaic GO kept crashing.
oPlease log out from the application and reset your device. Launch the application and login.
