自主訓練採用分鐘收費不會讓你有壓力；教練課程只有一對一，該次進場不須再額外付場地計時費用，課程結束一樣可以留在場內訓練、盥洗或休息。我們只想讓肌力及體能訓練變成你生活上必須的一件事情。
