Thank you for your valuable feedback, we continue to improve My Chronos.
This new version includes improvements described in the release note communicated internally (11 digits for expenses amount, cancellation process, additional information provided in “search surveyor”)

Improvements:

Scheduling module
-Sub-activity end time can now be entered as 23:59 (instead of 23:45)
-Multi-duplication of sub-activity is now also available on the Mobile
-Week number is now available in Agenda to ease week selection

T&E module
-T&E PDF file name has been reviewed to separate first name & last name of T&E issuer
-Expense receipts of any format types can now be attached

Improvements:
- Sub activity 'End Time' can now be entered as 23:59
- A separator has been added to identify first name and last name of T&E issuer in the T&E PDF file name. New format "T&E_firstname_LASTNAME-week#_Year_status"
- Multi duplication of sub activity is now available in mobile too
- Scroll down menu with week number is added for week selection in 'My Agenda' and 'My Office Agenda' week view
- User can now attach doc,docx,pdf,xls,xlsx,ppt,jpeg,jpg,png file in T&E under expense

Improvements:
- Time and Expense lines will be arranged in chronological order
- Surveyor on 'duty watch' can be easily identified from My office Agenda- week view
- Uploaded document at activity can also be downloaded from sub activity
- 'Done' button is added to allow users to close the calendar pop up

Fixes:
- In My office Agenda, My office sub activities, My T&E last surveyor selection will be saved
- In ‘My Agenda’ present week agenda will be displayed as default

· Ship and Client name added under Sub-Activity details, pop up in My Agenda and My Office Agenda for OTH RL
· N+1 & Admin will now be able to create & submit T&E sheet on behalf of T&E issuers
· User will not be able to add T&E line for 'Activities' with status 'Cancelled', 'Validated' & 'Denied' which are older than 6 months
· Inactive users will not be visible anymore in My Office Agenda / My Office T&E
· User will now be able to modify time details within 'Completed' sub-activity

Users can apply filter on sub activity status along with BV office and Surveyors in "My Office Sub-activities".
City and Port details is visible in sub-activity details pop-up in My Agenda and My Office Agenda for all chargeable reporting lines.

Details for Travelling, Reporting and Preparation time can be captured in the sub-activity.
My Agenda and My Office agenda is available in landscape mode.
In T&E, users can enter upto 9 digits (7 digits + 2 decimal points) as amount.

MyChronos T&E (Time & Expenses) is upgraded:
T&E sheets in 'Error' status will now be sent to T&E issuer instead of N+1/N+1 delegate
Improvements in the management of expense receipts, by naming of receipts uploaded or downloaded from T&E sheet
Ability for surveyors to cancel self-booking or self-created sub-activity
Control that no more than 24 hours is booked per day in T&E sheets
Scheduled time for NCH and ABS sub activity in T&E sheet will be calculated based on T&E issuers

You can select several BV offices in my office agenda and my office sub-activities.

My Chronos has updated its Pricacy Policy. This is in order to comply with the EU's new data privacy law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The update concerns links added in order to allow users to be informed at anytime about personal data processing, data processing purpose and data subject rights regarding the processing of personal data. Other modifications related to GDPR are in progress and will be released / communicated accordingly.

Time & Expenses :
It will be possible to enter, update and validate T&E sheets in this new release. This module is available if Time & Expenses is activated in My Chronos Desktop.

Scheduling :
In NCH sub-activities it is now possible to link a Client to the sub activity.
In Other sub-activities, it is now possible to check the client or the ship linked to the respective activity.
