enhance your experience with us. The handy navigation makes it a doddle to find
what you're looking for, and the new Manage hub is the perfect place to take
control of all your EE products and services. The easy life is just a couple of taps
away.
Want to get the most from your allowance? No problem. Use Data Gifting to
move data between your family’s EE plans quickly and conveniently.
If you’ve got a new EE Broadband package, you can fine-tune your connectivity
with WiFi Controls—straight from the app. WiFi Enhancer lets you activate Work
Mode and Game Mode, so you can be sure you’re maximising your connection’s
potential. You can keep everyone safe online with Parental Controls, and easily
set controls on what the kids have access to online. And, because every child is
different, you can tailor access at device or profile level.
The EE app also helps you get access to assistance whenever and wherever you
need it. Your digital assistant Aimee is always available and ready to help, and
you can get important updates, like data usage alerts, straight to your phone.
It’s got the everyday stuff covered, too. You can manage your Smart Benefits
and check your bill or upgrade eligibility in just a few seconds.

What's New on the My EE App?

We've seen the light - and added Dark Mode.

Dark mode is particularly helpful for users with low vision or light sensitivity. It makes text much easier to read for longer periods and is less likely to cause eye strain in low light conditions.

Using dark mode can also help prolong your battery life - especially on devices with OLED or AMOLED displays - as it means there's no need to continually light up each pixel on your screen. So using My EE is less of a drain on your battery and easier on the eye - win/win.

You can now get FREE support directly from your My EE app.

Simply navigate to the Help section, look for Get In Touch, and tap the 'Call Us' button - you'll then be able to chat to a member of our helpful team.

And because you're already logged into the app, our customer service agents will have all your account information to hand when you're connected.

The service is free from any EE number in the EU (standard rates apply when you're outside the EU).

We’ve upgraded our own upgrade hub – if you’re less than 30 days away from getting your next new iPhone, you’ll see a countdown to the big day, when you’ll be able to upgrade with just a few clicks.

Just select the Upgrade option, and you’ll be able to:
