We're introducing a new feature that helps reduce the use of touch keypads but also speeds up the gym entry process: a gym entry QR Code! Traditional PIN based entry will continue to be supported, and if your gym has a compatible QR Reading entry system you'll now have the option of scanning your own QR Code generated from within the app.


Note, the QR Code feature is dependent on the gym's entry system and will not appear within the app unless it is activated by your gym.


For good measure, we've also tidied up some bugs and improved background performance.

We've been working hard at improving the app and now you'll have the ability to search and filter your own workouts! The improved searching means that when your gym uses the new filters you will also be able to search for more specific personal programs!

We've taken on board user feedback with our first goal of 2020. With this update we've improved the appearance of "My Workouts" and you'll now be able to reorder exercises in your Workouts! Simply tap the Edit button and then tap and hold the exercise to start moving it.

We've also spent some time improving the speed of the App and tidied up some bugs.

Workouts just got better! Your gym is now able to provide Workout notes covering everything from technique to workout styles. You’ll need this update to see them - keep your eye out for Notes appearing in the top right corner!


Other updates:

- "Other" equipment. The exercise library recently doubled so, when searching for exercises, you'll now be able to filter the equipment for "other" to see a range of equipment types.

- Improved authentication, performance and tidied up some bugs.

In this release we've made some neat new improvements to finding template Workouts.

'Add Training' > 'View Workouts' will now give you an earlier chance to filter workouts based on your preferences, making it easier to find the workouts that will help you reach your health and fitness goal! What's more, after downloading a workout you can jump straight to your own list of workouts with the new "Go to My Workouts" button.

In this release we have focused on Health Stats and have introduced some cool new features:
- See your most recent health stat measurement at a glance - now, when you navigate to My Stats, you'll see your stats presented in a simple list, each showing the most recent measurement and the date that it was recorded.
- Week, Month, Year view - The graphs have been given a make-over and now have the option to view data for the week, month or year. We've also made some general improvements to the appearance of the graph!

We've also tidied up some bugs and made some general performance improvements!

Have you received or created a training plan? You can now edit your plan, add extra exercises, delete unwanted exercises, change the current reps / time or increase the weight to be lifted! Remember to edit your workout BEFORE you start your session.

We've added some new features to improve the process of creating your own workouts. You'll now be able to remove exercises or edit their details, saving you time if you've made a mistake or want to make a change.
We've also made a couple of improvements to the overall experience of completing a workout; you'll now be redirected to the Fitness Feed automatically which will now automatically refresh to show you your most recent workout.

We've been listening to your feedback and working hard on some improvements to the general look and feel of workouts and exercises.
When you're in an active workout session, there's a new footer showing thumbnails for each exercise which you can tap to quickly scroll to upcoming/completed exercises.
Look out for future updates giving you the ability to edit and reorder the exercises.

We have made improvements with the mobile push notifications:

When an exerciser is on the waiting list of a class, they will be notified when they are updated into the class. Another time the app will give a update will be if a class is cancelled in which they are booked into.

We've made some small improvements to keep improving the experience within our app.
