My NRG mobile app provides one-stop energy management to our electricity and natural gas customers in the northeast. Register or log in using picknrg.com credentials to easily manage your account on the go. Our Chat support team is available Mon - Fri, 8 am - 8 pm EST via the App.

Introducing plan renewals via My NRG app! Renewing your electricity plan is now fast and easy!
With this feature, users will be notified when their electric plan is expiring and have the ability to select new plans tailored based on their current usage. Eligible users will receive a notification to begin and complete the renewal process from the plan page. Once approved, the new electric plan will be in effect on the set date.
