To use automatic styles, tap the menu icon (top-left of the screen), then "User Profile". In here, set the App Style to Automatic and it'll switch to match the Light/Dark mode of iOS.

* Duplicating a shift type puts the new shift below the one it was duplicated from rather than at the bottom of the list to avoid confusion.
