About the application:

a) Here general users register into this system in a motive to perform test drive for a car that he want to buy and collect gift card by completing the test drive.

b) So the users after registering into the system, get logged in into the system using appropriate username and password, and apply for test drive through the App. Dealer receives the request and acknowledges user that the test drive will be scheduled or cancelled.

c) If cancelled, user will have to re schedule test drive. If not cancelled, user visits to the dealers place, finds sales representative, appointed by dealer, with his/her unique code provided during registration.

d) Using unique code dealer finds out appropriate test drive and gives remarks on successful completion of test drive.

e) User gets the gift card, which can be used for discount purpose while buying a car.


Application in general user point of view:

a) Change profile information as well as profile picture.

b) Can login into his/her profile and change password.

c) Able to communicate with dealers, as well as sales representatives.

d) Can see the list of all test drive that has been approved by dealers and all successfully completed the test drive.

e) Can add item to wish list.

f) Can view all registered dealers, view specific inventory of a dealer and apply for a test drive.

g) Can view all test drive that has been requested to approve and that has been cancelled by the dealer.

h) Can send referral and collect points to buy gifts using it

i) Can view referral history, shopping history, and gift card.


Application in dealer point of view:

a) Change profile information as well as profile picture.

b) Able to note down the details of all walk in customers.

c) View list of all test drive invitation, requested from general users.

d) Can view list of their inventory as well as receive inventory details in their mail.

e) Can add/edit/delete/activate or deactivate sales executive under dealer.

f) Update subscription whenever necessary.

g) View list of all sold cars of the dealer

h) Can communicate with general users.

i) View list of all test drive invitation that has been approved by the dealer itself after request being received from general users.

j) View list of all test drive invitation that has been completed by the general users from that dealer.

k) Able to list of all appointments for users.


Application in sales representative point of view:

a) Change profile information as well as profile picture

b) Used to share the details of the car that has been sold.

c) Can find the details of the visitor who came to attend test drive using the user’s unique code.

d) View list of all customers under the dealer, who have appointed the sales representative.

e) Able to note down the details of all walk in customers.

f) Can communicate with the general user.

g) Able to save appointment with customers.

h) Will be able to save notes for future reminder.
