About myBliss Health

myBliss Health enables healthcare organizations, providers, volunteers and charity organizations to manage the care of their patient population. Patients can manage their day-to-day activities, request care, keep a track of their vital readings like blood pressure, heart rate etc., request their care community for assistance, document their medications and connect to the care provider network through secure multi-party video calls. Physicians, home care companies, and care managers around the world use the mobile functionality of our app to keep an eye on their patients, monitor them, keep them engaged and always be available through tele health, messaging, and instant reach video calls. Our App is an extension of our platform, bringing mobile functionality into your care initiatives.

Patients, you can-
• Share how you are feeling with your care community-
• Have your caregivers reach out if you’re lonely or unwell.
• Let them know when you feel great!
• Care community-
• Add all the people who are actively involved in your care- your
physician, nurse, caregivers, volunteers, family and friends.
• You can then message them and talk to them on secure video
calls.
• Meeting Room-
• Invite anyone in your care community for a secure HIPAA-
compliant video call.
• Talk to 4-6 people at a time.
• Share screen and documents/ images
• Care Feed-
• A Facebook-style message feed
• Ask your care community for assistance
• Vitals-
• Input your vital readings like blood pressure, heart rate, weight,
respiratory rate, temperature, pain (level 1-10), blood sugar.
• View your past week’s/month’s reading in a list or graph to track
changes in readings.
• Your physician monitors your readings and will adjust the care
plan accordingly
• Request Care-
• Ask your care community for help with transport, supplies (like
diabetic strips, wound care supplies), an appointment with your
physician or nurse (virtual video call), services (help with laundry,
groceries or cleaning), tech support or request a medication refill.
• Documents-
• View all your documents that you have uploaded on the system.
• These include your clinical records, insurances, physician’s
orders, prescriptions, invoices and other videos, photos or audio
files.

• Add new medications, which can then be verified by your
physician.

• View records of all your past medications that have been
discontinued
