Here is a rough list of the changes:
- Faster GPS loading, using the last known position, regardless of when it was updated last. As soon as the up-to-date position of your vehicle is known, the map is updated in real time.
- Changed wording for renewal options to distinguish between vehicles about to expire, and those that can be renewed early.
- For installers, you won't see renewal popups anymore as long as the vehicle is in test mode.

Welcome to this new version of MyCar Controls™!
Here is what's new:
- The renewals list was a little barren, so we changed the design a bit and added the serial number of the vehicle. You can also renew any vehicle you want, at anytime. (the renewal will still only take effect once your current subscription ends)
- The alert that appears when your subscription is about to be expired appeared a bit too often, so from this point onwards, if you've seen it once, you won't see it again unless your subscription expires.
- After an hour from exiting the application completely, it should load to your default vehicle instead of the last one used. Within that timeframe, it will still load to your last used one.
- We had complaints about the application asking for location permission without saying why, so we adjusted. Your location permission is now only asked in the retailer screen, in order to be able to provide directions to your retailer address. If you already refused the permission and would like to use this feature, you will need to activate it by your phone or tablet's application-specific settings.
- Some crashes were fixed, in particular the crash that sometimes happened when trying to change the vehicle image.
