On-Demand Video Visit For COVID-19 Symptoms -
A video visit is similar to a video conferencing call. After logging in, tap the "Talk to a doctor" button. Available from 8am to 8pm (Monday - Friday); 8am to 4pm (Saturday - Sunday).
E-Visit for COVID-19 Symptoms -
You can request an E-Visit by completing an online questionnaire in MyChart. It takes approximately 20 minutes to complete your E-Visit request. Tap the "E-Visit" button after logging in. Start the E-Visit for COVID-19 screening by selecting "COVID-19 symptoms". Other symptoms are also available for an E-Visit, such as back pain, cough and/or cold symptoms, headache and red eye.
