By setting a fasting threshold and a duration you can easily work with just about any Intermittent fasting protocol you can come up with. Alternate day, One Meal a Day, 10/14, 6/18, 5/19 or anything else you can devise.
When you eat just tap the "Ate Just Now" button and the app leaps into action letting you know where you are in your fasting protocol. You can make minor adjustments (+/- 2hrs) to the eating time direct from the "Ate Just Now" button. Or you can enter your eating history directly in to the Meal Record.
MyFast Track is integrated with Health app. By default MyFast Track uses only its own meal data but if you already use another app to log meals and this alternate app is also integrated with Health you can use the meal data from it to make MyFast Track work its magic (Note: each meal logged by the alternate app must include a dietary energy component).
All data from MyFast Track is stored securely on your device using the Health App and you can choose to delete the data if you uninstall the app (Only data from MyFast Track is deleted).

* Added a link to a "Tips, Tricks & FAQ" web page for the App. You can see it in the Settings tab.
* Made some cosmetic changes around the Date and Duration Pickers so as to improve uniformity of appearance and legibility.
