About Wheriz - My Places Map
You must authorize the application to access your contacts in order to work.
With Wheriz, you can now locate on a map the different addresses (home, work, etc.) of each of your contacts.
The first time the application is started, it will parse your address book and calculate the GPS coordinates of each address (please make sure you are connected to the internet at that time).

- Option to track any addresses that are around you
- Call / send messages to your contact directly from the app

This month, we are celebrating 10 year of MyFriendsMap!
We decided to rebrand the app, so its name is now "WHERIZ".
In this new version, we have made the following changes:
- We decided to remove the "compass" screen. Instead of it, you are now redirected to your favorite navigation app. You can choose the app you want in the settings.
- The main map (center button) is automatically centered to your position
- We have added a switch to toggle geofence in the settings
- We moved the "about" section in the settings
- You can now group your contacts by group on the main screen
- We improved a bit the geocoding of addresses
- We have added a warning when you select an address that has not been geocoded, so you can easily place it correctly on the map
- We have created a new "stats" screen
- And various bugfixes and improvements
We hope you'll enjoy that version as much as we do :)

This time, we decided to completely rebuild the app from scratch. The consequence is a more powerful, robust and fluid app!
We also improved a little the layout of the app without changing it too much so you are not confused.
Here are the new major features:
- The system to add a temporary address has been entirely rewritten. Now, those addresses are not deleted anymore. To create an address, you just have to type it and the app will try to localize it on the map. Then enter a label and that's it!
- We have added a geofence feature! Select an address, activate the geofence and your device will let you know once you are close to your friend! You don't have to be using the app to be alerted.
- You can now group your contacts by city and country in the first screen.
