This month, we are celebrating 10 year of MyFriendsMap!
We decided to rebrand the app, so its name is now "WHERIZ".
In this new version, we have made the following changes:
- We decided to remove the "compass" screen. Instead of it, you are now redirected to your favorite navigation app. You can choose the app you want in the settings.
- The main map (center button) is automatically centered to your position
- We have added a switch to toggle geofence in the settings
- We moved the "about" section in the settings
- You can now group your contacts by group on the main screen
- We improved a bit the geocoding of addresses
- We have added a warning when you select an address that has not been geocoded, so you can easily place it correctly on the map
- We have created a new "stats" screen
- And various bugfixes and improvements
We hope you'll enjoy that version as much as we do :)

This is a long-awaited version!
This time, we decided to completely rebuild the app from scratch. The consequence is a more powerful, robust and fluid app!
We also improved a little the layout of the app without changing it too much so you are not confused.
Here are the new major features:
- The system to add a temporary address has been entirely rewritten. Now, those addresses are not deleted anymore. To create an address, you just have to type it and the app will try to localize it on the map. Then enter a label and that's it!
- We have added a geofence feature! Select an address, activate the geofence and your device will let you know once you are close to your friend! You don't have to be using the app to be alerted.
- You can now group your contacts by city and country in the first screen.
- If you have many friends, you can group them on the main map (option needs to be activated in the settings)

NEW FEATURE: See all your contacts on a single map!
There is now a big button (with the logo of the app) that will open a map showing the addresses of all your contacts. Instead of a normal pin, the image of the contacts will be used.
Other changes:
- The format of the address displayed is now based on the country
- Removed the option to show the address book of a contact from the map
- Changed the layout of the view that contains the information of an address
- New About section with link to Facebook, Twitter and our other apps
