We have been busy adding RAW file support for 24 new cameras (see our web site for a complete list) just in time for the holidays. We also added Optical Character Recognition (OCR), which is a fancy way of saying Mylio lets you search for words in your photos and PDFs. Want to search for the name on a road sign or parade banner? Mylio has you covered. Can’t remember where you catalogued that PDF or that screenshot of a quote? OCR to the rescue. We also improved the notifications in Mylio to help you stay up to date on your library’s progress, bashed some bugs, and improved the UI for a better overall Mylio experience.

We’ve Upgraded to Notifications
Instead of banners, Mylio's new notification and activity center keeps your alerts out of the way so you can continue to enjoy your media without disruption. You choose when you want to open the Notifications and Activity Center to see what Mylio is working on and any issues you should be aware of.
Folder Events
Quickly populate your Life Calendar by using the "Show Folder as Calendar Event" button. This automatically creates an Event in your calendar containing images from that folder. You can even save filters to display only the images from a folder that you want in the event!
