About NAGDU Guide & Service Dog Info
The NAGDU Guide & Service Animal Information & Advocacy app provides general information about the state and federal laws from the United States, as well as the laws from Canada, that protect the civil rights of disabled individuals who use service dogs. The app contains excerpts from the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), each of the state statutes, and the various laws from Canada that protect the rights of those who use service dogs, as well as general guidance concerning access to specific types of establishments, such as hotels, restaurants, health care facilities and more. In addition, this app provides the ability to directly connect with a live advocate who has been specially trained to help you resolve access issues as they occur.
We intend to continue to update this app with improvements and new features, so if you don't see something you'd like, please let us know.

This is a complete rewrite of the app. We also took this opportunity to update the state laws, and to add new laws from Canada. If you're tired of constantly having to scroll down the list of states to find the one you're interested in, we have good news. We now remember the last few states you looked at, and we put them at the top of the list. Finally, we updated the app to 64-bit, so no need to worry about the app continuing to work.
