Importantly, you will find a much simpler enrollment process. We’ve balanced the importance of your privacy and safety with the need for a fast, simple activation process.
Messaging your care team and reporting symptoms or other issues also has enhanced features, including a way to engage the Narus Health Concierge Team (if included in your employee benefit plan).
We hope you will find the document upload system convenient to use and a great help in organizing your important medical documents.
Remember, the most important role of the Narus app is to securely connect you to your Narus care team, allowing communication and problem solving on your own schedule.
