What’s new?
We’re changing things from the bottom up.... meaning, we added a bottom navigation menu to the app! Tap the “Activity” button to find your Clips and Drives and tap “More” to view your settings. If you haven’t enabled “auto-start” for automatic recording, tap the “Drive” button to manually start recording a drive. (But we highly recommend enabling auto-start to make sure you never forget to record a drive.)
If you’re still not interested in enabling “auto-start/end,” you can now add a Siri voice control shortcut to start and stop recording your drives manually. To create this Siri shortcut head into your phone’s settings.
Capture something on the road you think the world should see? Submit your clip to be published on Nexar’s social media channels and on news outlets by tapping our new Publish button.
We power washed our in-ride screen, so it looks nicer and makes it easier to take action.

Hi friends!
We’re excited to introduce the first Siri integration into the Nexar app. Have you ever seen something shocking on the road that you wanted to immediately save to your phone? But you were driving, so you couldn’t… Well, now you can. Keep your hands on the wheel and just ask Siri. To enable the feature, go to your app’s Settings > Set up Siri.
