In this release we have introduced the “Teleconsultation” functionality, where insured member (if covered for the Teleconsultation service) can benefit from a video consultation with the doctor!
Once the Teleconsultation is over, doctor’s prescription and medical reports are sent to the member via push notification and can be accessible anytime via MyNEXtCARE app.
