Nighthawk allows ARMLS subscribers, along with their clients and guests, the ability to quickly and easily find, compare and analyze listings. Guests will see limited listing information while ARMLS subscribers and their clients will have access to more detailed listing information. If you’re a guest who would like important real estate information to help you in the buying or selling process, find a local Realtor® participating in the Nighthawk experience today.

• Clients now receive a push notification when their agent suggests a listing to them.
NOTE: We only send one notification when an agent suggests a listing, then after a client views their suggestions, they are eligible to receive another notification. This limits the frequency of notifications.

Want to find a new home within 30 minutes from work, or school? Now you can with new drive time map overlays. Go to Menu > My Destinations and tap on “Show on Map”
Fixed an issue involving uncovered parking spaces in the filter.
Fixed an issue that prevented "Delayed" from showing as a status in the filter.
