Nighthawk allows ARMLS subscribers, along with their clients and guests, the ability to quickly and easily find, compare and analyze listings. Guests will see limited listing information while ARMLS subscribers and their clients will have access to more detailed listing information. If you’re a guest who would like important real estate information to help you in the buying or selling process, find a local Realtor® participating in the Nighthawk experience today.

Highlighted Features:
• Invite leads to connect with you and become potential clients
• Perform detailed searches for listings or parcels
• Save time with listings that contain only the most important data points
• Suggest the best listings to meet your client’s needs
• View insights on a client’s dashboard (such as favorites and dislikes)
• Enter and review notes on a listing to help you better manage your clients
• Refine the collection of AVMs, Comps and CMAs to make adjustments and determine the most accurate value of a listing or a parcel
