From version 3.0, it's not only a problem/crag database, it now allows you to record your activities daily basis. The items you can record are:
- Weight, Fat Percentage
- Attempted Grades, Accomplished Grade
- Num Attempted Problems, Num Sent Problems
You can check these in a combined chart. It provides various term settings like weeks, months, year. With these records, you’ll probably find where you are now. And if you are getting stronger that’s great. If not then you better check your density of training and intensity, cycle, etc. by referring records.
Also you can leave memo such as what you had, where you went, what you did other than climbing that day. It helps to find what affects your climbing performance.
