Tighter integration with alwaysberunning.net: if you access the site on your iOS device, you can open NRTM from there to start the upload directly.

This update adds support for epiTOME (https://anr-epitome.appspot.com) to NRTM. Once a tournament has been created at epiTOME, NRTM can automatically update the leaderboard and pairings tables stored there for easy player access.
