NU World Title App was designed with the dual-purpose of streamlining the work flow between the real estate agent and NU World Title, LLC and to simplify and enhance the Buyer and Seller’s experience with the title process. The Buyer, Buyer’s agent, Seller, Seller’s agent will have access to all pertinent title information and will receive real-time, push notifications as the title process moves along from the opening of the file all the way to the closing.

Home Buyers and Sellers: NU World App was created with you in mind. It was designed to simplify the process of buying a house and built for you to have access to one place where you can get real-time updates regarding escrow, title commitment, lien searches, surveys, estoppel, closing dates, etc.
