WHY THIS APP:

Although this App can be helpful to anyone, it was originally developed with seniors in mind. It had been a great privilege for this App developer to work for a senior professor, an outstanding life-long molecular virologist, till the end of 2017. During research discussions and "tech sessions", it was clear that large buttons and fonts would be very helpful for seniors. Secondly, simplicity seemed to be also important, as many App functions may not be easily remembered or executed, often causing confusions.

WHAT DOES IT DO:

It lets you place all usernames/passwords, phone numbers, birthdays, and daily short notes in one place;

It has a simple design and large fonts and buttons for convenient use by seniors, although these can be used by anyone;

It offers a peace of mind, as you don't have to keep track of all the information in the head.

An optional iCloud data sync function can be activated, to prevent loss of data if App is deleted, and to allow sync between different devices.

OTHER APPS:

1. A Mindful Break - a slow, gentle exercise for an 8-min break from work (or home), a peaceful mind-body dialogue, and training for flexibility and health (possibly helpful for normalizing gastrointestinal functions), plus a 1-min scan of possibly most-talked-about news at the moment;

2. Day Plus Minus - easily take note of significant daily activities and thoughts, and view them easily based on categories; use preset buttons for adding activities and scores easily; use resettable buttons for convenient viewing of different activities as a list, bar chart, or a table of daily scores; search specific notes with a keyword; find patterns in daily activities that may offer clues to a better plan for action tomorrow.
