About Nutrition Analyzer

So, The Nutrition Analyzer App is a weekly meal planner (NOT a daily intake tracker, like all the other apps on the market) which easily allows you to plan your diet and track around 40 nutrients in over a week.

The main difference found between competitor apps and Nutrition Analyzer, is how it is very simple to use and easy to navigate flow. You really do understand if your diet is healthy! The moment you pull the rope in any direction you immediately see how the overall nutrient picture changes. This is a very rewarding experience :)

Unlike My Fitness Pal (Myfitnesspal app)-a well renowned app in the niche, Nutrition Analyzer mainly focuses on your Vitamin and Mineral intake. Sure, the app also tracks your carbs, lipids (fats) and protein intake.
However, we found the idea of putting so much pressure on calorie counting, like other apps, quite cursory. Because calories by themselves, don’t determine if your diet is balanced.

Our short term goal is to balance and enrich your diet. Our long term goal is to improve the quality of your life (not restrict calorie intake with no regards to your Vitamin intake).

Why a weekly diet? Exactly because we care about the quality of your diet! Can you imagine balancing around 40 nutrients in just one day when having to quickly jot down what you have just eaten? Hmm…. that sounds highly unlikely….However, that’s what daily intake trackers suggest.

We found that it’s not only easier to balance around 40 nutrients over a week, but nutritionally correct! Doctors we talked to while creating the app suggested that seeing the bigger picture of what you eat and being able to plan a diet ahead, is much more valuable than focusing on a separate daily record.

By planning your diet ahead of time (and then making small corrections depending on your mood and/or store supplies) you can archive your nutritional balance without any stress. BUT, by merely jotting down what you have just eaten a second ago without any regards to planning, you wouldn’t be able to balance your diet as efficiently as you would have wanted to.

Nutrition Analyzer does not promote or encourage ANY particular lifestyle choice such as: keto, fasting, paleo, meat eating, vegetarianism, veganism, raw eating etc. This is your choice, it’s your choice to be on whatever diet you want and whatever you find suitable! Our responsibility is to balance your diet and provide you with an accurate diet analysis.

Nutrition Analyzer represents a scientific approach within nutrition. The app is for those who understand that there’s no such thing as a “healthy” and “balanced” diet or recipe, unless you have the ability to measure and breakdown this “healthiness”.

Nutrition Analyzer may be used as a food journal, a weekly food journal to be precise, and you can export your diet to EXCEL to show your dietitian too. However, the app does not focus on your emotional state as you’re dieting, like other apps do, for example - Noom.

Other features that we have are:
EXCEL or Google Sheets diet and diet analysis export.
Just Swipe-right and you got yourself a grocery list.
Full diet analysis with USDA recommendations.
Extensive nutrient information (food sources, what will happen if you’re deficient etc).
Maintain up to 3 different diets at a time. Keep your palate happy!

Generally speaking, we do not overload the user interface with a bunch of unnecessary features. We want our app to be understandable and easy to use for literally everyone!

Within the app you’ll find both: our work and our personal contact details! So send us messages as you’re balancing your diets! Looking forward to hearing from you all.
