NYC Express Bus

Welcome to the NYC Express Bus app! Book you express ride to New York City on this new app with an intuitive user interface. With just a few taps on your smartphone, you will be able to select your pick-up and drop-off locations and the number of passengers. You enter your details just once, and the app also takes in your discount code – if you have one.

Effective May 7, 2018 the NYC Express bus services will operate between the hours of 11 AM and 7 PM daily.

To John F. Kennedy Airport from Manhattan:
The NYC Express bus departs only from Grand Central Terminal to all terminals at JFK Airport. Every hour on the hour.

From John F. Kennedy Airport To Manhattan:
The NYC Express bus picks up only from Terminals 1, 2, 4, and 8 to Grand Central Terminal and Times Square (42nd st between 5th & 6th, same block as Bryant Park). Departing from JFK every 30 minutes. Travelers arriving at other Terminals will need to use the free monorail service to Terminal 1, 4 or Terminal 8 to access the express bus service.

To LaGuardia Airport from Manhattan:
The NYC Express bus departs only from Grand Central Terminal to all terminals at LGA Airport. Every hour on the hour.

From LaGuardia AirportTo Manhattan:
The NYC Express pick up will be from Terminals B, C and D, with direct service into Grand Central Terminal and Times Square (42nd st between 5th & 6th, same block as Bryant Park). Departing on the hour. Other terminals, please walk to TerminaL B, C or D.

You may check the schedule to determine the next pick-up time and then review your purchase before tapping on the ‘Purchase’ button. Or you may check out the ETA of the next bus by going to the ‘Check Next Bus’ screen.
A full featured app, it lets you store your credit card and personal details so that it takes under 30 seconds to complete a booking from the second time onwards. If you are a frequent traveler, you may wish to save your ‘favorite’ trips to make the booking process even simpler. The confirmed ride details are also emailed to you.
Go to ‘Booking History’ to get a record of all rides booked. Go to ‘Notifications’ to view all useful notices sent out to you. You can send in a feedback via the app.
