Users may create safety incident reports, notes and observations, and maintenance records and synchronize data to an OFS PRO server when internet connectivity becomes available.
Supervisors may complete work orders including asset details, crew member details, and services performed. Electronic customer signature may be obtained and stored on the OFS PRO server for future reference.
The OFS PRO Mobile application uses location services to detect whether the user is within vicinity of work sites or assets and to mark the location where important records are made. The application also uses GPS location data to discover nearby beacons, as well as marking locations that a user visits. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
