V2.0 New Function Update
1. Download route file, event and alarm when logging in, and not indicate download result.
2. Click "route file" button, and update alarm at the same time.
3. After downlad the site, it will show all checkpoints in the map.
4. The alarm is only valid under loging in status. The alarm is still valid even if the app is killed
5， the system will correct the time automatically when login, it is forbidden to login if correct unsuccessfully. APP can tell whether allow to offline login without network.
6， The track have heart beat function, if the people do not move for a long time, will send a record by every sending track time
7. Fix flashback bug

一.增加录点功能
(1) 可以为未注册的点进行扫描上传，再也不用很麻烦的在CP上录点了！！
(2) 自定义点名称，同时可以上传点的描述！！
(3) 在地图上自定义位置，再也不用担心定位不准确了！！
二. 对通知消息进行了优化，并更改了一个bug (收到通知后，会不停的拉取消息)
