The OhioHealth Vascular Institute is a multidisciplinary, patient-focused approach to delivering care. The OHVI reaches far beyond the confines of bricks and mortar to offer physicians a higher level of collaborative care for patients. As an international leader in the whole-system delivery of vascular care, we are in the unique position to share vascular resources and best practices for optimal continuity of care.
The OHVI brings together a consortium of more than 40 physicians and surgeons who specialize in a broad spectrum of vascular services:
Cardiothoracic Vascular Surgery
Interventional Peripheral Vascular Cardiology
Interventional Peripheral Vascular Radiology
Vascular Medicine
Vascular Surgery
The OHVI is unique in the way we improve care.
Patients benefit from our multidisciplinary team of vascular experts using a comprehensive approach to patient evaluation and treatment plan.
Our wealth of experience, due to the volume of patients we see, translates into collective knowledge that we share across our system – and beyond.
The first-ever system approach to vascular care allows us to provide the same quality care wherever a patient is in our system.
Multiple locations allow patients to receive a higher level of care closer to home.
The OHVI advances patient care by playing an important role in clinical research.
Our Mission
To deliver integrated, comprehensive vascular care of the highest quality that is nationally recognized, cost-efficient, drives clinical innovation and education, and best serves our patients.
