收錄自日治時期1895年起迄1980年代以前之臺南市各地明信片與照片，結合地圖定位與圖像編輯互動功能，提供使用者搜尋臺南歷史影像，並對比新舊紋理，透過APP讓使用者「穿越」古今臺南時光，今昔對照，探掘並重現臺南獨特的人文風貌。
「Oh!台南」APP功能簡介：
與老照片合照：提供與臺南老照片合照功能，讓使用者彷彿身處老照片場景當中。
新舊照片編輯融合：使用者將新拍攝照片，與老照片融合，重現新舊紋理的變化。
寄送電子明信片與上傳社群網絡：將編輯後的新舊照片，上傳至Facebook、twitter、instagram分享給親友。
